January is the Time for Birthday's

Everyone at dinner

Singing Mom Happy Birthday

Sam loved his rocking horse Tia got him!
January has been a busy month for weekend parties. My Mom's birthday was January 19th which we celebrated at The Olive Garden. I usually LOVE going to this place, however this time the service was pretty horrific. We waited for over and hour to get seating after telling us only 40 minutes tops.. Then once we got seated, it took nearly 15 minutes to get drinks, another 10 to get salad and bread sticks. Stacy believed our waiter was high too!! Ha ha ha... But I wasn't starving so I enjoyed visiting with family and got my favorite dish: Braised Beef and Tortellini. We embarrassed my mother by singing her happy birthday in front of everyone there, but I know deep down she loves it!! The next day was Sam's 1st birthday!! I can't believe he's already one! The theme was cowboys/wild west which was done fabulously by Stacy. I got him a rocking horse because I know he loves animals and anything that moves. He loved it! We were pretty much over at the Mealey's the entire day enjoying little Sam and conversing with the family. Thursday, my work is throwing me a little baby shower after school and the big COED baby shower is this weekend and I'm getting so excited! I can't wait!
