For Father's Day weekend, we (Mealey's, DeLeon's, and Us) went to San Diego. My parents were brave enough to take both boys with them on the plane! They barely made it in time to board the plane from PHX to SD! Dylan, Stacy, Kenny, and I drove up and met them along with Max and Colleen. When we arrived we went to the Wave House for beers and lunch then headed to our house. It was a tri-level with a balcony on every level. That night, Mom, Dad, Dylan, Stacy, Kenny, Isaac and I went to the Diamondbacks game.. it was a night to never forget. Miggie actually hit a home run in to our section and Kenny, Dylan, and my Dad all had a hand on the ball but were unsuccessful of bringing it in! The funniest thing was to see the re-runs of them trying to catch it in slow motion, thankfully sent to us from one of Kenny's friends! We probably watched it a hundred times, crying tears of laughter, watching Kenny doing a back bend over me and Dad with his gut hanging out. The next morning, and every morning, we went to Kono's for breakfast. Sunday was Father's Day and Brad Perry from AZ, who use to do weather in PHX was doing his live weather cast from Kono's and asked Kenny and Isaac to be on LIVE tv! It was super cool! After, we hit up the beach. For dinner we went to Stone Brewing for many drinks and a some great food! We will for sure hit that place up again when we go back! Monday and Tuesday were the same thing; hit up Kono's for breakfast, soak up the sun at the beach, do some day drinking, and going out to dinner! Lots and lots of fun!! I hope we make this a yearly trip with the family!
